50,000 sq. ft. complex that includes the circuit’s first large-format concept, EPIC XL. The two XL auditoria in the 12-screen theatre feature 65 foot wide screens and stadium seating for nearly 400 guests each. The theatre also touts six 3D auditoriums overall exhibiting 6,000 watts of digital DLP projection power given further depth with RealD XLW 3D systems.

The complex is the anchor of the 160 acre retail site. Epic Theatres’ corporate offices were designed into the Mezzanine level with views to the Lobby and the front of the building.
