Big picture to celebrate 20th anniversary

Two decades ago Leadcom was just setting out – twenty years later and we’re proud to still be enjoying growth through innovation and superior client care. To celebrate our 20^th anniversary, as well as welcoming the New Year, the Leadcom factory put on a “Big Picture” event in late December – a team activity that created a masterpiece of epic proportions.

Our colleagues were divided into different groups to each create a giant painting through a series of fun, laughter-filled games. They had to rely on collaboration and communication to ensure they drew and painted the correct lines and colors, while the teams also fought for the painting tools.

The artworks were then connected to create an enormous, single picture – reinforcing the importance of co-operation, communication and teamwork – three elements that have been pivotal to our success over our twenty years in business.
